Ellis first caught my attention because they had noticibly lower than average prices on low mileage late model used cars...which is what my wife and I were in the market for. That's recommendation number one. When we visited the lot, a sales guy, Tom, said hello. No pressure. No fast talk. No creepy feeling like we were dealing with a shark. Tom asked some questions, listened closely, and made several very good suggestions which I appreciated because it had been a while since I had bought a car. Tom had a good sense of humor too. Make Tom recommendation number two. After test-driving a few cars, then going home to give my wife and I a chance to talk things over, we decided that we had a pretty good opportunity available on one of the cars and we called back to say we wanted to buy it...but we'd still had to get our financing in order. Recommendation number three: the dealership beat out all other loan agreements we had lined up. Just outstanding support! (Thank you again, Craig--great job with all that awful paperwork!) Finally, when I realized that I had left a pair of sunglasses in our old car--the one we traded in--again, they were cool about it and got the old sunglasses back to me. You'll be hard-pressed to get a better car at a better price with better service, I'm telling you! Give 'em a chance! Thanks again Tom and Craig and whoever else had a hand in our support. You guys were great!

I wanted to drop you a note telling you that I am so very pleased with the service that I received today. I took my mothers car in for the recalls that were on it, when I dropped it off I asked if they could do an inspection as well, he said yes. Tim was the gentleman that I worked with and he was patient, friendly, and genuinely a nice person. Tim called and stated that to keep my mom's warranty the synthetic oil for the all wheel drive needed changed, this was something that I didn't know and I am glad he told me. My mom and dad bought this car and my dad passed away recently, so all the service for it is now on me. Also, I didn't know that you closed at 430, I called a little after and Tim said that he'd be there that I could come and get my mom's car not to worry. When I got there I had the wrong registration form for her and he assisted me on getting the correct one. I was so happy and so pleased with the generosity, professionalism, and kindness. It is something that you don't see often now a days. As I told Tim, my husband and I have used Diehl for a very long time, after the service at your place I am going to bring more service to you.

Since then I have been scheduling my service appointments at your busniess. I am so impressed with your service manager Richard Ivonowski. He always asks if my appointment was ok and if I am happy with the results. I feel he goes out of his way to provide customer service. Just thought he should be recognized for his efforts.

We just purchased a used vehicle from there and the experience was great. There were a couple of errors made in the buying process, but the staff dealt with the swiftly and appropriately. The car comes with some maintenance perks that are nice and I hope the service staff is as great as the sales staff!
