We just purchased a used vehicle from there and the experience was great. There were a couple of errors made in the buying process, but the staff dealt with the swiftly and appropriately. I wanted to drop you a note telling you that I am so very pleased with the service that I received today. I took my mothers car in for the recalls that were on it, when I dropped it off I asked if they could do an inspection as well, he said yes. Tim was the gentleman that I worked with and he was patient, friendly, and genuinely a nice person. Tim called and stated that to keep my mom's warranty the synthetic oil for the all wheel drive needed changed, this was something that I didn't know and I am glad he told me. My mom and dad bought this car and my dad passed away recently, so all the service for it is now on me. Also, I didn't know that you closed at 430, I called a little after and Tim said that he'd be there that I could come and get my mom's car not to worry. When I got there I had the wrong registration form for her and he assisted me on getting the correct one. I was so happy and so pleased with the generosity, professionalism, and kindness. It is something that you don't see often now a days.
